Quoted from Game Master
You are at least another 3 days away from the town.

With a heavy heart, Elric checks the fallen dwarf and human for signs of life. Finding a tiny glimmer of life still in the dwarf, he brings the bandit back from the threshold of death with a healing spell.

Brother Darme, to Elena
Elena, would you mind helping me tie up this dwarf? He’s still alive. I’d like to let inform him of the deaths of his companions and see if he has anything to tell us about the city.

Elric kneels down before the bodies of the slain bandits and prays. Quietly, he asks for forgiveness and prays for the souls of the fallen. Only afterwards does he attend to his own wound.

Quoted from Player
“I told you, I wouldn’t accept your god’s powers if I can’t keep the promise.” [snip] “They brought so many pain to innocents. Pain worst than dead. In anycase, I made their end quick…”

Elric nods.

Brother Darme, to Elena
And I told you that if your method proved effective, I would support you. I wanted to let you know that I intend to keep my end of the bargain, however it may horrify me to do so. These men … were so desperate. I don’t know who they are, or how they came to be this way, but this is just another kind of suffering of this world that I want to end.

Elric gestures towards the dwarf.

Perhaps this one can tell us more when he wakes up.

Brother Darme, to Elena
Would you like me to do something about that wound?

Quoted from Player
While continuing on traveling, the dwarf finally wakes up in the wagon. [snip] He continues to talk, but in his dwarven language. By the sounds he’s making, he’s probably cussing at the group.

Darme gives the dwarf a cold look.

Brother Darme, to dwarf slaver
Your companions are dead. If you hadn’t interfered, I might have been able to resolve that fight without further bloodshed. Your group never stood a chance against us. It was foolish of you to attack a stronger target. You are currently alive because I saw fit to spare your life.

Now, what do you have to say to that?
