So, I’m aware of this weird, nebulous sort of half-formed category that exists without existing on my blog. I need to create a game design category and I need to figure out how to fit things into sub-categories. I don’t want any entries to appear in more than one category (unless we’re talking parent and child groupings, which is acceptable) and I need to move a lot of the White Cliff stuff to this hypothetical category. *ponders*

I’ve played around with the thought, and I’ve played around with the idea of disposing of the Symbols of Death category, since I haven’t written anything in it (since about, what, October?) in ages. It’s a pain to move around things, even in WordPress, though the process is mostly painless. It just takes time. Time I’d rather be spending doing just about anything else. I’ll make a note of it and do it at some point when I have time to kill.

In the meantime, I’ll try to figure out what to call the category. Would it make sense to broaden it and call it “Design & Development,” like the series on the Wizards of the Coast site? I could certainly put all my Inform 7 and Klik & Play stuff there, and anything I might fiddle with in RPGMaker. *shakes head* I don’t know, I’ll have to think about it.
