You might not think that I have anything to report for NaNoWriMo, now that I’ve reached the fifty thousand word goal, but I do. Oh what wonderful things! I went to the write-in yesterday and had an amazing time chatting with the other writers, in what seems to be a never-ending joy of happiness. It’s one of the few places I feel that I can let my nerd show without feeling any shame, and it’s a rare and lovely feeling that I revel in.

I actually managed to write not one, but two blog posts while at the write-in, though I wouldn’t call them good posts. They’re mostly just filler posts, like what I would admit most of this month so far has been. Still, I think it was a marked improvement over previous attempts of getting writing done at these write-ins. It also meant that I didn’t have to write something while at D&D, or write something afterward.

As I write this, it’s about a half an hour before five and I have to write another one, two, maybe all three posts for tomorrow, depending on how long I anticipate sleeping in. I have the webcomic to work on, but I have energy now. I might just work on script after filling up the next couple blog spots, and then crash at sometime around when I’d be waking up otherwise. Monday I have off, but I still don’t want to screw up my sleeping patterns too much, even if this isn’t really a new thing for my weekends. *smirk*
